Shipping time is determined based on total days required for us to process your package plus carrier transit time.
We charge an extra reshipping fee, for packages, that are returned back to us, due to undeliverable/insufficient address, if buyer requests for reshipping of an item. Otherwise, refund will be processed for the original item, minus restocking fee (Shipping charges are not refundable). Same rule is applied for the items refused by customer.

All returns/exchanges must have a RA number (Return Authorization Number)
Shipping charges are not refundable. When exchanging, customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. We will send Pay Pal money request. We will not ship a replacement, till payment is received. Exception being defective items, or a shipping error on our part.
