merchandise that is returned (Return or Exchange), exceptions being defective

All returns must
have RA# (Return Authorization Number).
No returns or exchanges after 30 days from
invoice date. Sorry, No exceptions.

All international orders placed on-line are shipped via UPS. Tariffs, taxes,

Shipping Information.
How your order is shipped?
All orders shipped within 24 business hours.
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
All orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping day is not count. Saturday and Sunday are not count.
Standard Ground shipping takes 4 to 7 business days.
3 Day Select shipping will be delivered on Third Business Day. For
example: if order shipped on Monday, delivery day is Thursday. If order
shipped on Friday, delivery day is Wednesday.
2nd Day Air shipping will be delivered on Second Business Day. For
example: if order shipped on Monday, delivery day is Wednesday. If order
shipped on Friday, delivery day is Tuesday.
Next Day Air shipping will be delivered on Next Business Day. For example:
if order shipped on Monday, delivery day is Tuesday. If order shipped on
