“Bulletproof” your Watkins IQ2020 relay board with this carefully designed relay kit.  Usually, only the relays and/or their traces are smoked, and now you can repair your relay board to “better than new!!!”     ***Some PCB repair skill required (soldering and de-soldering)***
This relay kit exactly replaces K1, K2 and K3 on the 73355, 74618, 76071 boards, and with the
INCLUDED JUMPER WIRE KIT
, you will realize the following benefits:

These relays are rated 10 amps higher than the originals.
2.
These relays have much larger contacts and heavier construction than the originals.
3.
These relays have top mount terminals which enable additional “point-to-point” wiring.
4.
Jumper wire kit compensates for burnt/inadequate PCB traces.
5.
Jumper wire kit doubles the current carrying capacity of the heater circuit to prevent future failures.

The relays are fully sealed and highest temp. rating, precisely matched to replace the originals.  They come labeled to indicate their installed position (K1, K2 or K3).

INCLUDED jumper wires

Be positive your diagnosis is correct because there are “NO RETURNS.” These are NEW electronic parts, I have no idea what you may do to them.

Just a note of praise; I looked at my burned-out board and thought “I can fix this” but dreaded doing the online research to find the right relays. Decided it was too much trouble so looked on EBay for direct board replacement and ran across your kit.

**Hey Kit-Guy – Very pleased with the retrofit.  Took me about 45 min. and (1) scotch on the rocks to complete.  Only snag was I didn’t have any solder wick to help with removing the old relays, but an old toothbrush worked in the pinch.  Saw how the external parallel conductor path works – very nice.  several weeks running now and works like a charm.  Big savings over a stock replacement and a better fix to boot.  Muchas gracias.

**Even with my very minimal experience soldering I was able to take apart my damaged heater board and install your kit with the jumper wires in about 2 hrs.  I was a little skeptical as to whether I would be able to repair my heater board on my own but I’m just stubborn and cheap enough to usually get in over my head on DIY projects. I’m very glad I tried it! I saved over $100 by not having to buy a new heater board. Thank you for the good product and great service.
